What foods and/or teas can help with period pain?!


Question: What foods and/or teas can help with period pain!?
I really need to know, its kinda getting bad!

Answers:
Hot shower or bath with an herbal soap, bath soak or aromatherapy!.
Comfort foods (any foods that just make you feel good) its all mental!.
A heating blanket or pad, laid over your abdomen!. It will help to ease the muscles that are cramping up!.
Chamomile tea, helps to calm the body and mind!. Relaxing!.
Meditate and de-stress!. Chill out and watch a movie or read!.
Do some yoga stretches or some exercise!. It helps to do some physical activity sometimes as it also helps to ease the muscles!.

I read in some magazine that really cold and really hot drinks the week b4 ur period can give u cramps!. Myb try drinking water out of the tap instead of the fridge and not have hot tea/coffee in the week b4 ur period!. I used to do that and it kind of helped!. Does taking pain killers help - like paracetamol!? It helps me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is the coolest thing ever i tell all my friends ok so my mom bought me that calgone spray the pink grapefruit one and so i sprayed it on my tummy and i swear it has something in it that makes pain go away try spraying it on ur lower back too!.!. i would try amazon!.com for the spray!.!.!.its awesome!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I find that peppermint tea helps me, also eating chocolate makes me feel better!.!.!.and a wheat bag heated up and placed on my stomach! also make sure you get good nights sleep around this time as this also helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid salty and fatty foods!. Also exercising helps!. And hot baths!Www@Answer-Health@Com
