Depends which part you mean!. If you mean the labia majora (the outer lips) then no it's not weird!. In some cases the labia minora (the inner lips) can be longer than the labia majora!. This whilst in no way problematic can cause some people emotional distress for cosmetic reasons!. This is only serious if it is preventing you from having a normal sex life!.
