Some women have discharge *all* the time!. It's ridiculously annoying, but it's perfectly healthy!. If it's white/clear, maybe a bit watery, but also stretchy, and with no bad smell, it's fine!. It's just regular discharge!. You can deal with this by using panty liners, but be sure to change them often so that you don't contract an infection!.
If your vagina feels itchy, like it's burning, or any other discomfort, then I would be more inclined to think that you actually have an infection!. At this point, go to your doctor to get checked out!.
