Unfortunately, there isn't anything that can help your breast tenderness!. I suggest seeing a clinician!. They can put you on a birth control method that will help you with that pain, and also with your bleeding!. Birth control isn't just to prevent pregnancy!. It's so much help for peiod symptoms and bleeding!.
