You can wear a tampon for up to 8 hours and then change it for another tampon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it all depends on your flow!. If you have a light flow that could last 8 hours in a tampon, it's saying that you should change it after 8 hours into another tampon (if you want) but you are also welcome to change ito a pad!. Wearing a pad all depends on how heavy or light your flow is!. i would say to change a pad after about 3-4 hours at most, but it can be more or less tie depending on if your flow is light or heavy!. You can change into a tampon after wearing a tampon!. They make that rule (which I thought was 6 hrs) because the bacteria that builds up on the tampon from your period becomes active and potentially harmful to be kept in the vagina longer than 6 hrs!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can leave it in for 8 hours and then put in another tampon but make sure you get the right absorbency for how heavy it is!.!.and if its not that heavy u can take it out earlier!Www@Answer-Health@Com
