Question: Question about tampon!?
i tried to insert tampon for the first time, but i couldn't stick it in cuz it hurt so much!. the tampon seems to be very large to put inside even though i used smallest size!. please help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry, it is always uncomfortable the first time (or two or three or four)!. Before you know it, it will become second nature!. Until then, you could try using tampons with a plastic applicator, it is smoother and rounder!. After you can comfortable insert it though, switch back to cardboard, since it is biodegradable and better for the environmentWww@Answer-Health@Com
Personally,I don't use tampons,I never have and probably never will!. I always use pads,because walking around with something stuck up my vagina just sounds weird to me,lol!.But I do know a little bit about tampons,make sure you are completely relaxed when you try inserting it!.If you try inserting it while you are stressed out,it will make your muscles tighten up and make it harder for you to insert it comfortably!.Also read the instructions carefully!.

It took me 6 years to finally get a tampon in!. When I discovered Playtex (the really thin plastic ones), I realized how EASY it is!! The biggest mistake most girls make is not putting the applicator ALL THE WAY IN before plunging the tampon!. Try the really skinny ones!.!.!.and you have to relax or it will hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
omg, i know, i can always get the tampon in, but never all the way! i always find it very uncomfortable! my advice is to just wear pads and when it comes to swimming, i learned that when you are having your period and you get wet, the blood is most not likely to leak, my health teacher taught me that, so there is nothing to worry about! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if your a virgin, i suggest not using tampons, use rags!. Tampons can definitly hurt if you are a virgin, but if your not then it shouldn't really hurt, but if it does use rags instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It shouldn't hurt, it will feel kind of weird during the first time though!. But I use pads most of the time unless I really need to use a tampon, they make me feel uncomfortable!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
pads are the answer!.!. it should never hurt!.!. make sure you really need a tampon before putting one in!.!. never try to put a tampon in if your not on your period!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try sitting in a different position!.!.Sitting, Laying down!.!. Or try a different brand that might be easer to insert!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
