You won't get Toxic Shock Syndrome if you change them at least every 8 hours!.!.!.!.and by the way leaving a tampon in overnight is just gross!. Here is what I do!.
I use O!.B!. brand tampons!. I get the smallest size and change them every 2 hours!. I wear a maxi pad at night!.
O!.B!.'s are awesome!.
I've never had any problem with them, they are tiny and unscented and don't have an applicator!. They have instructions inside on how to use them!. Anyhow, I don't use tampons unless they are O!.B!. They are the only tampons designed by a woman!.!.!.and it shows!.

Don't worry, they aren't dangerous, they don't hurt, they won't cause any infections!. Just use the smallest O!.B!. kinds and replace them frequently and DONT WEAR THEM OVERNIGHT!

I started my period the other day and I'm 12!. I use them, you don't even know they're in there the first time, and if you do then something is wrong!.

im 18 and ive never used one either!. i know that there are links betwee tampoons and cervical cancer, and they can cause TSS if left in to long!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
