I am a woman and I heard that If I stretched I could grow taller!. If it's true , which stretching exercises I could pratice!. Need to grow taller!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you wont grow taller ull stay the same height ur just stretching ur muscles u will look taller and be taler but u already were that height ur just stretching them to look taller but be careful if u stretch for a long time when u really didnt before u could pull a muscle which isnt serious but ull hurt for a couple days happy stretching lol :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
