Hey

Yea normal--had 4--no one ever tells you the pain you get after childbirth--your uterus was the size of a small apple--than a huge watermelon--it is a muscle and takes at least a year to shrink back to normal!. Like I said a muscle and is working itself back as if you were working out at the gym!. Hard being a woman--hope your hubby/bfriend understands!.

You should get your period--yea--back within 6-12 weeks after--unless breastfeeding--the body somehow remembers your schedule and will prob come on the same date you usually got it!. Just make sure to keep up with doc appts for you as you did when pregnant!.

Good luck with your baby--what a joy--after 4 I can wait for the grandkids-lol!.

Remember to take care of you--I know hard when you want to just be there for the baby--but You are most important!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

More than likely not, you should go to the doctor!. you shouldn't get your first period for at least 4 weeks after you stop your birthing bleeding!. and if your breast feeding then chances are you wont get a period at all!. (i didn't for the whole 2 years i breast fed)!. cramping could mean that there is still some placenta in side!. this can be really serious , so go to your doctor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
