Question: Extremely scared and paranoid about my period!!?
I already have it, but during it im so scared it will leak through =[ also when im about 20 days into my cycle im scared that it will come at the wrong time =/ also my period doesnt have an exact date that it comes sometimes its 24 days sometimes its 30 its so annoyingg!?!!!

if your not regular yet!.!. you really wont know!.!.i can usually tell because my lower back will start feeling different and have small cramps there!.!.i the only thing i can say is keep a stash of emergency period supplies with you when you think its gettng close!.!.a tampon in your purse (or whatever you want to use) Idont kno how old you are or if you in school!.!.but if your worried a/b it starting and not realizing it till its all over your panties!.!.take a plastic grocery bag keep extra panties and pants in it and put it in your locker so your always prepard!.!.Being a female sucks doesnt it!? lolWww@Answer-Health@Com
It will come when it wants!. How long have you had your period!? f you have only had it a few times then it wont be regular yet!. It will take awhile to get normal!. Once you have had it for awhile you can feel it coming on!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
The first few years, a period is abnormal!. There is no specific date it will come!. That's normal!. I don't know what you can do to control it!. Just wear pads everyday anyway, just in case!. :)
