There isn't really anything you can do to make your breast grow larger!. My mother (a nurse) says that it's depends on your diet, genes etc!. If your mother has larger breasts you most likely will to, same with the vice-versa!. The breasts themselves are just fat, glands, sentinel nodes and tissue!. As a result adding more fat to your diet would most likely make them larger!. However the rest of your body would be larger too so it would defeat the purpose of changing the ratio of your breast size to your body!. Also your breasts will increase in size while you are pregnant and breast feeding but i can't say i'd reccoment that approach >!.<!. Just try to be comfortable with the body you have, don't worry about what other people think (if they bug you about your body or habits they are uncomfortable with their own in some way shape or form)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Jogging (get them bouncing around!.!.!. they will subtlely stretch if you jog every now and then) as well as exercises that move the chest muscles as well as the arms such as a rowing machine, and (not sure of the name of the equipment) but the machine where you are sat down, your arms reach up, grabs the handles and pulls in and out from your shoulders to your chest!. No, not for the boobs themselves because boobs are just fat and tissue and sometimes milk!. Boobs don't have muscles in them that you can enlarge!. But there are exercises to make your pectoral muscles under the boobs bigger, which won't make your cup size but make your chest bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Without knowing you age, it is not possible to comment as to whether your natural development is complete!. If it is, only weight gain, pregnancy or surgical intervention can increase breast size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Use exercises to make your pecs bigger!.!.!. They'll get bigger and make your boobs look bigger!.!.!. You should feel lucky to not have huge boobs!.!.!. There are people out there that have boobs so big that they end up having really bad back problems!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
