Question: Health concern help!?
Whenever I'm watching T!.V!. , computer of just bored, i always feel like I need to be eating something!. I really like to eat tortilla chips, just because they are crunchy and it makes me feel good to be eating!. I'm concerned that this is going to become more and more untill I start to gain large amounts of weight!. I'm very skinny now and I don't really want to get bigger!. does anyone have any suggestions of what to do about this!? Anything would help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are correct that you are snacking because you are bored!. Instead of eating chips try something like carrots, which are also crunchy even though they are not as satisfying as chips!.
Eating things like chips will eventually make you something other than skinny!.

Try Trail mix!. It could be salty or sweet!. I like the ones with banana chip and mango chunks with nuts and raisins!. (okay, so I dont eat the raisins, but my daughter likes them!) It healthy and easy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
