k so i woke up this morning and i realised that i had gotten my period and it was in my undies and pj bottoms, never happened b4 so i need some help getting it out!

well the cold water thing never worked for me, i dont know why, i was probably doing it wrong lol!.
what i do (and it works like a charm every single time!) is put it in really hot water with lots of oxy clean! i dont even have alittle mark from it being there!.!. if you have oxy clean thats efinately what i reccomend you do to get it out!.

Try putting hydrogen peroxide on the stain before washing it!. It breaks up the protein in the blood and makes it a little easier to get it cleaned out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you wash it in cold water like just wash them then it will come out like magic!Www@Answer-Health@Com
soak your clothes in a salt-water mixture for a few hours and then wash as normal!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
