Question: Ever since i got on the depo provera shot,!?
i've gained a lot of weight!. i knew that would happen but i didn't think i'd gain 20 pounds! can someone give me advice on losing weight, quickly!? people call me fat all the time and it seriously upsets me :/ i'd like to lose 20 pounds, but more would be great!.
help please!?

when I got on the shot I went from 106 to 140 very quickly!. It was terrible of course I was at that age when the body is still changing so I never really lost all of it but I got down to around 115 to 120!.--my weight gain was in 2 to 3 months as well it was terrible--by the time I got down to 115 I got pregnant--then I lost that and 3 years later got pregnant again--geez
What you have to do to lose weight is exercise daily--
-atleast 30 min!. moderate exercise 5 or more days a week if it is light exercise increase the time to 60 min!.
-strength training exercise--atleast 3 or more days a week
-flexibility improving activities---5 or more days a week
-eat only or mostly whole grain products
-5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day
--eat breakfast everyday
--skim milk or low fat/fat free milk products
--eat a balanced diet
--don't drink alcohol
--don't eat out
--don't drink soda
--drink only water, skim milk, maybe one glass of fruit juice a day, vegetable juice
--drink a lot of water all day long
when you first get up in the morning before breakfast do a moderate to high intensity workout
drink a glass of water before breakfast and drink v8 before as well and a raw fruit or vege now if you are hungry eat
in the evening do moderate or low intensity workout for 60 minutes
just eat healthy and exercise---also try not to eat a lot of processed fried or frozen foods--try to cook meals in the oven from scratchWww@Answer-Health@Com

I gained 30 in 2 months on the Depot shot!. I got off of it after that!. I ate right (6 small healthy well balanced meals a day) it's easier for your body to digest!. Also exercise, and drink 8-10 glasses of ONLY water a day!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
