Never should you question whether or not you should wear a condom!. If you don't have one, buy one! Simple as that!. To be extra safe, the girl should be on birth control!. After sex, check the condom for holes or breaks!. If it ends up ripping during sex, immediately pull out and have the girl wash her genitals and take the morning after pill if you're really paranoid!.

Its called parenting!. It is up to parents to care about their children and have serious talks with them!. People need to explain to their daughters about self respect!. What they need to do is explain that having sex will never make a boy like you more or keep them!. And explain to them about STDs and pregnancy!.
