Well if you come from a spiritual family that believes it a Sin that may be why or if you think it may be some what dirty or wrong because of what your friends/peers say personally I find it a form of stress relief and one of the greatest pleasures you can cause yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's pretty normal to feel guilty about it!. I know a lot of guys who feel guilty about it too!. It's something that is basically addictive and you are going to feel guilty when something is out of your control like that!. Whether it is right or wrong isn't really relevant since there is no mention of it in the bible at all!.
I think if you can help it, you shouldn't--just because it does affect your sexual relationships later!. Like, there are some men who have masturbated so much to porn that they can't get it up when they are with a real woman!. And there are woman who are so used to the fantasizing aspect of it that they have a hard time "staying in the moment" when they are with a man!.
My advice is that if you feel guilty, maybe you should try to control it more!. Make yourself so busy that you are completely exhausted when you come home, and you just fall straight asleep!. That's about the only thing you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm 15, started when i was 11, actually!. i've always felt bad and guilty!. like i just ran over a cat or something!. but i've accepted that it's normal!. almost EVERYONE does it!. it's a form of pleasure, and it's healthy!. it's like eating a apple or something!. it's not dangerous, as long as you're not obsessive, and there's nothing wrong with it!. i started at 12 to i am 13 but i feel dirty when i do it someties you like a have to take a shower!. but sometime if you feel that way just stop for like a week then start doing it agian it helps meWww@Answer-Health@Com
