Good exercise routine to tone hips legs and buns?!


Question: Good exercise routine to tone hips legs and buns!?
I don't need to lose any weight but I want to tone up my legs, hips and buns!. What is the best way to do this!? I try to run up and down the stairs in my house but I can only it a few times before I get out of breath!. Thanks!.
