The day old coke is not going to make you have stomach pain!. But if it is severe, go to the ER!. It could be your appendix depending on where the pain is!. But if you are on the computer, I doubt it is your appendix-you would be in so much pain that you would not want to move!. Try taking some pepto bismol or some other medicine!.
