ok!. so i was supposed get my period on sunday and i havent yet!.!.!. we're supposed to swim tomorrow through thursday in the afternoon!. i'm scared i'm going to get my period while i'm swimming!.!.!. what should i do!?!? (o i dont wear tampons)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guess just wait it out and hope that it does not start while you are swimming!. But when you swim, your flow slows down a lot (to the point where you are barely bleeding) So you dont really have to worry about blood pouring down your leg when exiting the pool!. (sorry about the details)!. But you are going to have to wear tampons at some time when you swim!. I wear pads whenever i am not in the water, and then tampons only when i have to (because i think it is healthier)!. But dont be afraid!.

dont worry about it!.!.!. keep a towl close by maybe go to the bathroom everyonce in a while and dont worry if you do get ur period in the pool just keep it a secret the water will was away the blood and get the towel go to the bathroom and do wat u gotta do!.!.!.!.after that u can still go in the pool just dont tell any1 ;) and the blood will wash away really quick also i heard that ur period will stop when ur in da pool

Start wearing tampons! They are comfortable and less annoying then pads!. Don't be afraid!. Just do as the instructions tell you!. And remember to change it every 6 hours, and don't wear ones that are above your flow!. Like don't wear "Super" if your flow is regular or light!. They are great, and it's almost like you are not even on your period! Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well I had problems with tampons too!. The problem was I didn't really know how to put them on (beside just the thought of what they are is gross to me)!. If I were you I would give it a shot and if there is a slight chance you are applicating wrong look it up!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I dont think you bleed in the water!. If you refuse to use a tampon, put a light pad in your bathing suit, and if you get out of the water just go change it before you get back in!. But stay in the water as much as possible so you don't risk anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
