Most cell phones have some sort of alarm function(usually multiple)!. I'd just set it to go off at the same time every day, instead of wasting text messages!. Also check your calendar function if the only 'alarm' function is already used!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I used the calendar, and whenever a date comes up it shows it, you can set the time and set it for a daily reminder!. it's greatWww@Answer-Health@Com

set an alarm and try to take it at a time when you're definitely going to be awake every day and probably at home so i;d say either morning or evening!. nothing's worse than having to take your pill on the bus!Www@Answer-Health@Com
