Question: IS this left over blood from my period!?
I got my period on August 16th and it was normal!. 2 days later I had dark brown mucus that lasted 2 days and another 2 days of light red spotting!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're young and just start your period, that is normal!. However this can also happen if you're anemic!.
So I would advise that you eat properly!. Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and nuts!. Mix what you like with what you don't like and eat them all!.
