Well I am 13 years old and have been getting discharge for 2 and half years now!. I still don't have my period!. Since I am going into 8th grade, I want to stay safe and wear a panty liner to school and to stay dry!. But how long do I leave the panty liner on for!? Thank you! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stock up on pads, tampons, and midol!.
Here's some stuff you may want to know:
For Cramps:
~midol teen or midol
~pamprin
~bananas
~heating pad or hot water bottle
~hot bath
DO NOT DRINK SODAS--- it will make your cramps WORSE
Tampons: Use plastic when you start
~Playtex Sport
~Playtex Gentle Glide
~Tampax Pearl
Pads:
~Always
~Kotex
~etc!.
#1 thing you need:
~CHOCOLATE
Also give into your cravings, because if you don't it'll just piss you off!

well, it all depends on how much you discharge!. after your normal morning routine, put one on!. keep two with you in your purse or bag!. you can just check it wen you are using the bathroom, if it is bunched up, out of place, or you see color or anything else, then thats when you change it!. i usually change it after every time i use the bathroom, it all depends on you and what you are comfortable with:-}Www@Answer-Health@Com
I personally would change it after lunch!. And that is very smart to be prepared no matter what!. However when you get take it off and wear white cotton panties or go with out underwear to help prevent a yeast infection!. Buy panty liners that are cotton like and avoid those who have plasticWww@Answer-Health@Com
You can leave the pantiliner on all day long!. Change it whenever you sweat a lot down there or when it gets wet/discharge on it!. I would wear it to school and change it when you get home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
That depends on how much discharge there is!. Changing it during ur lunch breaks is a good idea!. If u are having sports on that day!. It's best to change out once u complete to prevent bacteria from growing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it's just discharge you can leave it on all day!. Then when you get home just change it if you want!. You wont 'leak' or anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
