Question: PLZ HELP ME!!!! LOSING WEIGHT!!!!?
Hi, im 14 and im 5'6 and 105lbs but i feel really fat!. I need to look good because my boyfriend wants to hook up tonight!. What can i do to lose weight NOW!!!!!! PLZ HELP ME!!! What should i do!?!?!?

ok let me just say its not gunna work if you wanna lose weight by tonight, it takes time like day to months even years but there are some things the wierd girls do at school is they starve themselves for the whole day or for a week (please dont do that)
maybe you could eat small amounts of protiens throughout the day and drink plenty of water i did it for a week and lost 2kg (i think 4 or 5lbs)

but you sound quiet slim dont worry about weight at the moment at your age its still puppy/baby fat and when you get to 18yrs old it should be gone then

Well, it is physically impossible to lose weight when you will see your boyfriend in a matter of time, but if you start eating healthy (fruits,veggies, etc!.) and exercise at least 30 min!. a day,and don't eat white foods (pasta, bred, rice, anything white basically) you'll be good to go in a couple monthss!.
