i have never missed a period in my life what could it be!?!?

Yes, that's probably why!. There are two things that change someone's period course!. Extra exercise delays and shortens periods, some women athletes get theirs every 6 months!. The other is obviously birth control!. It doesn't just make your period less often, it will change the date of your period!. Even if you just get off the pills it probably won't come for a while!.
