Question: Omg what just happened to me!? I'm scared!!?
I was plugging my nose completely so when i blew out my ears kind of popped, then i felt dizzy and my whole body was tingling and then i did it a couple times!. then after that i just kind fo got out of it i couldn't control myself i ketp doing the nose thing and my laptop dropped on my toes and i didn't even notice it then later i don't know what happened why did this happen!? i'm really scared!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your ears have a lot to do with your balance!. It sounds to me as if you have hurt your eardrum and hence your balance has gone, I would call your doctors surgery (or NHS direct helpline if you are in the UK) explain the problem and get some advice from them about what to do next!.
