I had this procedure done 6 years ago!. I was 25 5 foot 145 lbs and a 36 ddd
i started a few years earlier- dr visits complaints of back pain
i lost a few pounds and then decided they had to go!.!.
so i wne to my reg doctor who referred me to a surgeon- who also recommened the surgery!. I had some curving of the spine from poor posture due to my large chest!. as far as insurance- it depends on the policy!. some consider it cosmetic unless deemed medically necessary by physicians!.!.!.!. this was my case and my insurance approved the surgery!. it was the best decision i have made!. recovery time wasnt bad!.!.!.!. a few weeks no lifting things like that
start with your regular dr- it helped that i had multiple visits complaining of back a shoulder pain
and good luck- you will be happy you did it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually, the first step you should take is to find out what is covered on your insurance!. I learned this lesson the hard way!. Just because a plastic surgeon says they take your insurance, doesn't mean that they are affiliated with your insurance company!. You need to logon to your insurance plan and find a plastic surgeon in your area!. Your insurance is going to want to know the problems you have had, such a strap indentations, migraines, back aches, and if you see a doctor or chiropractor for any of this!. Then the plastic surgeon's office should file with your insurance company for pre-determination of benefits, to make sure that insurance will pay!. You probably need to wait about 3 months, since you are new!.

Be sure to ask this question to the doctor's office!. Do you take my insurance, are you in my network, and are you going to bill my insurance direct!? Some doctors want you to pay cash up front, and then you can get insurance to reimburse you!. NEVER HAVE SURGERY THIS WAY!. Either they bill your insurance, or you find another doctor!. That will leave you will thousands in medical bills and you don't need that!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Look at your health insurance directory and find a few PS's in there to have a consultation with!. Find out if you need a referral from your family doctor or if you can go right to the PS for a consult!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
