Question: Back-up birth control and the pill!?

i'm quite good at taking my pill at the same time everyday, but i am wondering how much i can deviate from that before needing to use a back-up method!. i checked the leaflet that comes with the pill pack and it didn't say, but i think i've heard 4-6 hours!. can anyone verify!? thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com
