1) Could be caused by unprotected sex with many different partners (causes la perminent smell which if your intimate at 28 days I wouldn't doubt it)

3) She doesnt wash properly and could use a weekly cleaning with a douche( vinegar and water cleanser)

Your girlfriend needs to pay attention to her personal hygeine!. Maybe you can recommend to her that she should go and see a doctor, because that smell between her legs is really turning you off!. Don't be afraid to tell her the truth!.

Well, if her breath smells she needs to brush her teeth better and floss and rinse with mouthwash!. If it still persists then she needs to go to the dentist!. As far as between her legs she shouldn't smell bad so maybe she needs to wash it or to douche possibly!. I'm a cook, so the only things I can really compare the healthy smell of a vagina/vulva to are foods and such!.!.!. and the nearest I can think of is a fairly mild combination of fresh oysters and grated truffles - usually more on the sea-like side, but not "fishy" and certainly not unpleasant!.
