Question: 8 week period pain and sore boobs!?!?!?!?!?
My periods are pretty regulay 31 day cycles!. For the last 2 months I've been getting period like pains throughout the whole month, sometimes making me feel abit sick!. I specially get them after my husband and I have had sex!. I normally just suffer with pain while I'm on my period but this is silly having it all the time!. My boobs are hurting throughout the month too!. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions!? Or experience with this kind of complaint!?

Do not worry, it is unlikely that you are pregnant!. However, it is an indication that things are not right and you may have a condition like endometriosis!. However, there are a few things that you can do for yourself!. I would suggest that you try a good yeast free multi vitamin mineral supplement and a good oil like Efamol's Efamarine (evening primrose and fish oil)!. You may also need extra B-complex tablets as that will help with your heavy periods and you should also think about some vitamin E supplements as that will help with the breast pain!.
There are other things that you can try but you could get the book recommended below as there are plenty of other suggestions or you could get a nutritional consultation from the author, who has a wealth of experience of dealing with symptoms like yours!.

Yes you could possible be pregnant!. They arer signs of that!. So if I was you I would either go to your pharmacy and get a at home pregnancy test or see your general doctor!.
That is the only thing I can think of that will explain it!.
