I keep crying for no reason =S...?!


Question: I keep crying for no reason =S!.!.!.!?
I woke up this morning and cried!.

I was on the phone to a driving instructor and i had to give my dad the phone because i really couldn't stop crying!.

I was on the phone later and started crying!.

I've been doing this the past few days and i don't know what's wrong with me! I know i am stressed out over my college work load and how i really don't want to be there! But the thing is i don't even know why am crying!.!.!.my eyes just fill up and its not like i have forced tears or anything!.

stress will make you feel like that on it's own anyway! Is you period due or are you taking any medication!? Anything like that will add to it!

And that doesn't sound weird, who couldn't do with a hug sometimes!!

i've been there and i cried for absolutely no reason and i still do it sometimes!.i think it's normal!.you know when you get very angry , depressed or annoyed about something and you don't release it!.you forget about it and someday you just!.!.!.cry!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

you are really emotional and vulnerable at the moment!.have you felt like this before or is it totally new for you!.you may be totally stressed out and need to make some changes in your life!.YOUcould be suffering with depression and need to see your gp!.are you sleeping properly because tiredness can make you really irrational and small problems can get right out of proportion!.TRY and get some rest step back from everything and see what things in your life you can change to make you happier!.its a terrible thing to feel like you are feeling!.get lots of hugs and loads of rest good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hon, obviously it is the stress of college that is overwhelming you right now!. You need to go talk to a counselor on your campus, even if only to vent your frustrations!. Believe me, once you find an outlet for all those pent up feelings you will be less emotional and relieved!. The counselor may even help you come up with ways to eliminate some of your stresses!. I don't think there's anything wrong with you!. stress can do lots of strange things to your body!. I often feel better after crying!.!. even when there's no apparent reason that I cried!. Try to schedule and prioritise your college work load as you'll feel you're taking positive steps to getting through it!. and go give your dad a hug before you start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Oh you poor munchkin!.
Sounds like you are tiring yourself out and need some time out!. It happens to me when im over tired i get really upset!. Or when i am near that dreadfull time of month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i just went threw 2 weeks liek that its probably your hormones and stress or somthing it will pass just try doing things that make you happy and talk about things to your mum or somone !?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did the same thing for months then I went to my doctor and was diagnosed as depression and put on Wellbutrin!.!.!. felt like me again after only a few days!.!.!. I would suggest calling your primary docWww@Answer-Health@Com
