i am having my first period and i dont know how i am going to tell my mom!.i am scared to because i dodnt know what she is going to say!.and i am 11 and is that a good age to start my period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i haven't started mine yet but i will super soon,
so just tell your mom need to talk to her in private and then tell her that you need some pads or tampons but i would suggest to go with the pads because tampons are hard to control

It is pretty young to start, but that doesn't mean there's anything wrong, your body just develops quickly!. Don't be scared to tell her!. It's normal and EVERY girl has to do it eventually!. Your mum will be expecting it sometime and she'll probably be relieved its now and not later so she can stop worrying!. But if you don't want to tell her outright, do what ^ said and ask your mum for a pad or liner or something and she will catch on!. Otherwise you can ask her about getting it and she will ask why you want to know, and then you can tell her!. But don't worry, it's perfectly natural!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i started mine when i wuz 12!. Being 11 and having it is fine!. Maybe your mom or someone had it in your family at that same age!. And trust me your mom isnt going to be mad or anything!. She mite be happy idk why moms are like that tho!. Also!.!.!.just say hey mom i think im on my period!.!.!.!.and then yea!.!.!.dont be scared!. ITs okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I didnt tell my aunt (my mom never raised me, my aunt did) until like my third one!. I just bought my own stuff!. There really wasnt a reason why I didnt tell her!.!.I was just nervous I guess!. I got mine when i was 13,
and i was using pads and i didn't cover one with toilet paper when i threw it away once, so she came up to me and asked me if i got it!.
but you should jsut tell her you hink you got your period!.

She can't be mad at something that you can't control!. If you can't get up the nerve to tell her you can just write her a note!. Just be like," mom!.!.!.I think I got my period!." She'll probably just be sad that her little girl is growing up, not mad at all!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just tell her - she's gone through exactly the same thing and knows pretty much everything that you need to know!. She's going to have been expecting you to tell her some day and it's her job as a mum to look after you, don't be scared!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
11 is a fine age, it's when I started!. I would just tell her straight forward, that you are getting your "female problems" and ask her if she can take you to the store for supplies!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just remember your mother was your age once and she went through this too!. It is perfectly normal to start your period at your age!. Some girls get their period at 11 and others later on 13 or 14!. Just tell her!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
