well i got a bad cramp (lower down) and I'm 12 my mom said it might be a egg releasing but i don't know
and when i get it should i use tampon or pads!? witch is better!?

when you get it it is up to you which you use!.!. just never use tampons while you sleep!. tampons are safe just make sure you wash your hands before and after inserting it!. and read the leaflet you get in the package!.!. dont be alarmed by it but just take it in!.
