Question: Im worried about my weight!!!!?
Im 5'4 142 pnds!. I would like to lose some wieght but nothing is working oh and i am 27!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

please dont worry, you are doing so much better than a lot of other 27 year olds!. ia m 17 5"7 and 127 pounds and ive just learnt to accept that i will never be stick thin!. please learn to love and accept your body the way god wanted it!. you will feel so much more at peace when you accept and you will feel beautiful!.it will show to if you are confident peoplewill like you for who you are!. but your definately not overweight,!. still take care of your body with moderate excercise and good healthy food!. oh and treat yourself from time to time!.

Do cardio and watch what you eat strictly!. I used to be very overweight and I have done things that have helped me cut down to as low as 7% body fat!. 1st thing is that you need to understand that women have a naturally higher body fat percentage then men!. Anything lower that 12% isn't normal!. Do 30-60 minutes of cardio 4-5 days a week!. Eat 3 meals a day with snacks in between meals!. Make your snacks foods like apples, almonds, yogurt, or string cheese!. Eat high protien foods!.

The two things I have done that have helped immensely is 1) cut ALL soda out of my diet!. no matter what!. Lemonade and water only!. 2) keep a box of balance bars or clif bars in my car!. When I got hungry while driving i would stop at wendy's or taco bell!. now i pull out a protein bar to curb my appetiteWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you really are ready to lose weight go to Google!.!.!.Weight Watchers has a diet on line!. My friend used it and lost 15 pounds in a month, but you have to walk and maybe ride a bike!.!.!.you will have to exercise for toning up and drink a lot of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Why!? You are most defiantly not overweight!.

Drink more water!. Less soda or sugary drinks!.
Eat healthier and more consistently with smaller portions!.
Work out more!.

You'll be HEALTHIER!.
