Question about weight loss?!

Question: Question about weight loss!?
Hello there everyone :)

Okay, so I am not fat!. I am 5'8" 1/2, 130 lbs usually, and I am 21 years old!. Recently I have been continuing to lose weight even though I am still eating the same!. I am now down to 124 and staying there!. Its just weird because at the beginning of August I was 135 lbs!.

I have been stressed lately because I am trying to deal with visas to moving to another country, plus I have anxiety any way!. Could this be why!? I am feeling weaker too, it sucks! I'm pretty sure it's from the stress and anxiety but I would like another opinion too :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You seem to know the answer without asking us!. Yes, the physical effort of preparation and the stress and anxiety of such a big move is almost certainly the cause of your weight loss and your feeling of weakness too!. Perhaps you should tailor your diet to foods which give you a little more energy!.

Once the move is all over and you have settled down in your new place at last, your weight should return to normal within a month or two!.

Remember that this sort of move is one of the most strenuous and stressful experiences that you will ever have in your life!. As an experienced world-wide traveller and resident, I should like to be among the first to wish you all the very best of good fortune and happiness in your new home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stress will very commonly cause hunger!. Usually your body doesn't know when your stressed!. Next time you feel the urge to eat or munch during stress, drink a bottle of water!.

I would have to agree, in this situation, stress and anxiety is the answer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry to hear you are stressed!. If you are losing too much weight and don't feel hungry try eating smaller meals more often!. Try to eat healthy snacks like fruit or whole grain muffins!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

There can be lots of reasons (you mentioned stress) but the first thing I would do is to get my thyroid checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
