Question: Has anyone used Mirena that has PCOS and what was your experience with it!?
I was exploring my options and I am interested in Mirena!.!.!.!.
I noticed that it said that ovarian cysts may occur and go away on their
own, but what if you already have them!? Will it make them worse or
more common to occur!?
I had to see a nurse practitioner because my doc wasn't in and her

Usually when a drug manufacturer says that something may occur, is because when they conduct all of their tests prior to releasing it to the public, one out of how ever many they test come up with the side effect!. And typically it isn't too common to happen to anyone else, but they just say that to cover their a**es in case of a possible law suit!.
You may just want to talk to your doctor, and let him know about your worries and concerns!.

It will probably make them more common to occur!. If you already have them it is unlikely that it will get worse!. IMO, if you have ovarian cysts you shouldn't use Mirena or anything else that may cause them!. You may be in for a lot of pain that way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
