Question: Another Birth Control Question :)!?
Ok, So i started taking my Birth Control about a week and a half ago!. My period was due yesterday!. I started taking it on a weird day, because i had sex with my boyfriend and started freaking out!. Anyways, I stopped taking it a few months back and just started taking it again out of the old pack!. After the 6 pills that were in there, i just skipped the placebo ones, and started on a new pack!. Is there any way that this totally messed up my period!? I'm sort of worried that I'm pregnant! (We used a condom all but once, and the time we didn't, we stopped mid way because we realized how stupid it was!.) I've taken 3 tests, All Negative (one was at the doctors) But i only started having sex about 2 weeks ago, so Who knows if thats even enough time to really!.!.!.I guess KNOW! anyways, Do you think it was just the Birth Control Messing up my Period!? Well it could mess up your cycle!. You probelly will not get your peroid cause the pill mimics the effect of being pregnant!. Thats why if you skip your placebos you will not get your peroid!. Like the pill known as seasonal!. If you do not get your peroid when you stop taking your active pills then I would worry!. I personally do not take the placebos to skip my peroid!. A couple of other things to consider are did you have sex before the 7th pill was taken!? If so then you run the risk of being pregnant!. What kind of pill are you on!? Is it a monophasic, triphasic, or biphasic!? Meaning 1,2,3 different levles of horomone!? If it is anything other than a monophasic then I would worry about running the chance of becoming pregnant or having peroid issues since in the multi levle pills the last week/half of the pills usually contains a lower levle of hormone!. Not so much about becoming pregnanat since you have been off the pill for sometime and your body has not been subjected to an method of horomonal birth control therapy for a while!. It could be, however, cif you take the blood pregnancy test, it will tell you if you rae pregnant or not!. there's a reason why each pill has a day in it's litte case it's one per day deal, if you skip one you might as well not worry about taking them at all!. and you should ALWAYS use a condom anyways!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
