Question: When do girls usually stop growing!?
I heard they stop growing after they get their period but I got mine last year (I"m 13, 5'5, and kinda flat chested) when I was only like 5'1

You stop growing about two years after you get your period!. I know this cause I had to have spinal surgery when I was a teenager and they needed to time it right as soon as I was done growing, for some reason!. Anyway I got my period at 12 and they planned the surgery (over a year in advance) for shortly after I turned 14!.

That is not true!. I got my period when I was twelve, and I've grown nearly four inches since!. Most girls stop growing around sixteen, but some can stop as early as thirteen!. Some stop as late as twenty!. It really depends on your genes!. Ask your mom when she stopped growing, and your grandmother's too!. It would give you a good idea, roughly!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
