Question: Having an IUD and Frequent UTI's!.!.!.!.!?
I have had an IUD for about 8 1/2 yrs now!. I have the 10 year one!. For the past couple of years I have had frequent urinary tract infections!. Could this be caused by the IUD!? Or is there something else seriously wrong!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

The primary cause is bacteria getting into your urethra and into your bladder!. Besure to wipe from front to back and post intercourse wash to ensure any remaining seamen is washed away from your urethra!. Otherwise, see your DR and explain what's going on they may want to check the position of your IUDWww@Answer-Health@Com
