Swollen belly due to periods?!


Question: Swollen belly due to periods!?
I'm 14 and my periods are due in a couple of days!. I have noticed that a few days before i take them my lower belly gets swollen and looks as if I'm pregnant (i am not pregnant)!. Is it suppose to do this!?

Bloating is quite normal during your period!. It's just water weight so don't worry, it'll decrease as your period ends for the month!. Unfortunately, it's probably gonna happen to some degree every month, but there's nothing to worry about!. : )Www@Answer-Health@Com
Bloating can be a common before and during your period!. Unfortunately there isn't much that will help, you'll find it will go after your periodWww@Answer-Health@Com
thats called bloated bloating etc its normal it comes along with all periods it comes before during and sometimes even after so dont worryWww@Answer-Health@Com
