hey sweetie!

don't worry that's one of the worst things to do!.
trust me i remember i started my periods at 13 aswell!.
just let you body do its thing!.
you will not be exactly on time and regualr due to your age, its a early start and also because you have only had it for times, it took me about 8-9months to get an estimate within 5 days of when i will be expecting my period, but even now 6 years down the line and my guess is around 3 days give or take!.

dont worry!
stay calm
hope this helped

Not every woman has a menstrual cycle that happens predictably every 28 days!.

You could have your period predictably every 23 days, every 40 days, etc!. You could also have your next cycle (start of one period to start of the next) be 28 days, and the next one 32 days, and the next one 24 days, etc!. Sometimes you can even miss a period completely, for what seems to be no good reason!.

You would only have something to worry about if (a) you are having unprotected sex, because being pregnant at the age of 13 is really not the best idea, or (b) you inexplicably miss several periods in a row, as this could mean that something is not quite right with your diet, hormones, or some other health factor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Emma

Dont worry!. Its perfectly natural for your periods to be inconsistent at first!. Give it a couple of years and you will start to have your period every month around the same time!.

Also your cycle may not be the average "28 days"!. My cycle is 32 days!. So maybe it would be a good idea to start charting the days your period comes on a calendar, that way in the future you know what to look for when you become sexually active!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink chamomile tea before, during and after menstruation to prevent pain, strain, cramps, bloating, gas and discomfort!.

Drink four cups of green tea everyday to flush system out, prevent painful, bloated chronic constipation, maintain healthy weight and prevent depression and anxiety!.

if you are not sexually active and have no chance of pregnancy, then it is very common for girls to be irregular when they first start their period!. Just stay on top of it, be careful- but it is perfectly normal, expected actuallyWww@Answer-Health@Com

Mine were very irregular when I was your age!. Such was my ignorance that a long gap after my first period had me thinking I was pregnant!
Wondering if just a kiss could make me pregnant, at least you youngsters today are spared such stress!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't be worried!!!

You've only just started your periods!.!.!.it'll take about 1 or 2 years to get into a regular pattern!

Hope this helps!
