Some people don't grow boobs until they are 18!. There is nothing you can really do!. They come when they want to!. Don't worry about it- one day you will look down and they will be there!. And even if you end up having small boobs, they are great, they stay perky for longer and you won't get back pain like poeple with big boobs- plus you don't have to wear a bra all time which is great for those nice backless tops!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
hah no there isnt but if there was id use them all!. im 15 and a 32A and i hate it!. trust me ive asked this question enough times to know that there is really nothing you can do!. i guess we'll just have to wait!. =/ but i know if you do push-ups and bench press and stuff like that it makes your boobs look a bit biggerWww@Answer-Health@Com
Sometimes you just get small boobs it can be hereditary!. But theirs really no technic to have them grow macigally over milk or something
