some good products are like any of the biore or if you want something thats not too harsh on your skin cetaphil works well too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
(skin care)depending on your age, (if you are young 5-6 grade) use a producte calls "seabreeze" its not harsh on your skin and ins about $4!.00!. if your older (7 grade- up) use things like Clean and Clear or noxzema!. there both around $7!.00 to $10!.00 for a container!.
(fat) to loose "love handels" lay on your side and keep the leg that is on the ground down at all times!. The other leg the is resting on your lower leg lift up to about a 65 degree angle and hold it there for about 10-30 seconds!. then lower it and do it again!. to loose "belly fat" do your basic "crunches" and keep your head up far enoughf you can see over you knees and hold it for again 10-30 seconds!.

im 13 and i ordered proactive like a month ago ill be honest m proactive made me pimples worse!. i started getting so many and i had this huge one on my nose so never ever order proactive!.!. but you might have different skin!.
