It can start growing at any time!. You can't exactly put your finger on the exact time they will start growing because puberty starts at any time, & finishes at any time!. If they're not growing now, then you will just have to be patient, because they WILL grow!. everyone is different but it will happen between 11 and 16 and then stop growing at around 18!.
it's call puberty when your body starts changing into an adults body, at the same time as your breast's staring to grow you will also start getting pubic hair and your period's wont be long after that!.

Can be as you as 8, although from 10 is probably more common lower age!. Breasts have probably started to grow around 14 to 15 years although it can go a little higher!.
Periods start around two years after breast start to develop!.

Everyone starts developing at different times!
when i was 13 i was completely flat chested and now im 15 and have 34B's!.!. give it time and be confident with your body! Enjoy your time being young before all the hard stuff comes (periods etc!.!. haha)

It all depends on when you start to go through puberty!. Puberty is onset by weight, so those who weigh more tend to hit puberty faster and therefore menstruate and develop breasts faster than those who are lighter!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had nearly developed breasts when I was 11 and 12!.
