I have a question about my vagina, a weird bump?!

Okay i was like playing around down there and i felt this bump on the upper part of the inside of it and so well i like got a mirror and like took a look down/up there and everything felt normal but my fingers felt something and it looked like a dark red bump with red veins and it moved around and eventually went so far back it dissipeared!.

well anyways whenever i play down there sometimes it comes!.
