It's common!.!.!. although it's more common for women to be horny a week or more *before* their period!.
It's just nature trying to have its way: biologically, you're supposed to be getting pregnant if you're past puberty!.!.!. and your body's trying to convince you to do that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its probably the hormones and as for the exercies well idk i just know that when you exercise on your period it helps with the cramps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
