Mkay, well im going to a party from 7:30 - 11, and i was wondering if itd be okay if i had a tampon in from 7 - about 11:30!. ive only worn a tampon twice, and i dont really know alot about them, thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the very maximum you can keep a tampon in is for 8 hours!. so thats fine! they are really simple to use, you just need to relax! remember its going in the direction towards the bottom of your back, so while inserting breath out to relax the vaginal muscles!. good luck xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
