Answers:
Certain birth control pills can help with acne!. They can all generally help to regulate your period!.
Each pill out there can have slightly different side effects and not every woman gains weight while on the pill!. It depends on your body chemistry really!. It could make you gain weight but every woman is different with that!.
Every woman experiences different side effects!. Personally, I can't take them because they made my cramps worse, instead of reducing them, and gave me migraines!.

***Smoking increases the risk of a stroke while on birth control especially if you are over 35 which is not your case!. Smoking is still bad for you though!. Quit while you can!.!.!.take it from someone who knows!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It does help regulate your periods, however sometimes you have to try several different ones!. Sometimes it helps clear up your skin, and some people do gain a little weigh, but not all!.
I hope I can address the fact you are sexually active without offending you in any way!. I am concerned, for several reasons!. One, if you are not using birth control or a low rated form (condoms for instance) it is easy to become pregnant!. BUT; I do hope you are using condoms because they make sex safer, but not perfectly safe!. So, please be careful!. Also; since you are sexually active you do need to start having pelvic examinations and your doctor will want to make sure you are not pregnant prior to starting the pill (if you decide to ask)!.Also, it takes several weeks tin your system before it will prevent pregnancy!. If you miss a pill, you could get pregnant (yes, even 1 pill)!. If you happen to get sick and take antibiotics, they can interfere with the pill and you can become pregnant!. So be sure, even if you see another doctor for the antibiotic and tell them you are on the pill!.
I can't help but be concerned about your age and the adult responsibilities you are taking on by having sex!. I know you know, but really until you've experience some of the consequences it's hard to imagine!. Was this your decision, or are you pressured!? Remember; your body is yours (which is great !.!.!.) but!.!.!.that means that whatever happens it's you for it in the end!. Please take care!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes birth control can help with acne as well as helping with regulating your periods!. Birth control has different effects on women, some lose weight and some gain weight!. If you are 15 and are already sexually active, I wouldn't care about getting on the pill and risking the chance of gaining weight because at your age gaining weight is better than ending up pregnant!. I'm not going to give you a sex talk, but at least be smart about it!. Girls your age really don't need to be having sex, but if you are going to, get on the pill and still use a condom!. Because having a baby at your age will be alot harder on you then gaining a little weight from taking the pill!.

Also, sense birth control has different effects on people and one of your main concerns seems to be with the acne, I would get a medicine just for that!. Try Proactiv!. It really works!

If you talk to your doctor and tell him or her the truth about your sex life and what kind of pill you are looking for they can make sure you get the best one for you!.

Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it regulates your period for sure!. That is one of the main reasons, other than for contraceptive purposes, that women take the pill!. It might take two or three months to really get your period regulated, but after that trial time you will notice a huge difference!.

As for acne, some women notice changes and some don't!. I don't have bad acne but I didn't notice any difference in the acne that I do have!. It really depends what's causing your acne and how your body responds to the pill!. If you want to clear up acne your best bet would be to go with a medication that is made to do just that, instead of birth control!.

It makes some women gain weight, simply because many get increased appetite and therefore they eat more!. If you can control your cravings and eat healthy snacks, you will be fine!.

And since you are sexually active, going on the pill would be a good idea!. You should talk to your doctor about this, and she can prescribe you the birth control pill that would work best with your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It definitely can help with both of those things, but you may have to try a few to find one that does!. If it's wrong for you, it may actually cause weight gain and more acne!. Ortho Tri Cyclen worked for me, it cleared up my acne, helped me lose a lot of weight, and eased my PMS!.

Also, you can't rely on birth control pills unless you have taken them for a full month, so you still have to use a back up method!. You should always use condoms anyway!. That is, IF you are going to have sex!. But I have to tell you, 15 is way too young to be doing that!! Believe me, there is no good reason to start this at your age, and I really think it will only end in heartache!. =(Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had to start taking birth control to regulate my period, it wasn't for sex in the first place!. It doesn't necessarily make you gain weight but you do hafta get your doctor to prescribe one for you!. The first kind I took made me feel bloated & sick, and now I take the right brand for my body!. I would recommend getting it if you want to regulate your period and even more so because you're sexually activeWww@Answer-Health@Com

first of all, smoking is so trashy!. It always surprises me when young people smoke because of all the things we know about it now-a-days!. It can cause the BAD side effects of birth control to happen To You!. Blood clots and things like that!. Get on birth control, we dont need anymore babies in this world to be born in bad situations!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first part is true!. A side effect may be weight gain!. I haven't had that happen to me!. Go to your doctor for a list of possible side effects!. There are many!. Also, I hope you don't smoke, because you will have to give that up!.

15 and having sex!? Oh dear!. That's all I'll say on the matter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

iv heard it helps with your period and acne but it doesnt make you fat Www@Answer-Health@Com
