ok i had a sist that burst in april and everything was ok for 2/3 weeks but i kept getting pains in my stomach again so my mother brought me to a kinesiologist and she put me on this diet !.!.!.while i was on this diet i didnt get the pains!.!.!.
i went off the diet there 1/2 months ago and ive been getting these shocks in my upper chest and im really worried !?

Don't know but I would be inclined to stick with the diet you were using that helped and then seek medical advice before changing diet againWww@Answer-Health@Com
Maybe try going to a doctor!? I'm not good with this kind of stuff!. It might not have anything to do with the sist!.!.!.maybe it's something different and the sist was just a coincidence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
