if u dont wnat to tell her just hint at it, but otherwise!.!.!.!.!.!.!.on ur free time, go for a walk, but nvite her along, ask ur parents for a trampoline, and have her come join u while jumpin, or try to get her to pick up a sport with u at school or a local team!. (or mayb even just pick up a hobby with her, so ittl give u somethin other to do then lay around) when its time for meals or snaks try to grab an apple instead of chips and offer her one!. or to make it more appealing get an apple WITH (a littlllee) carmel!. try to help her by doin it urself also!. if worst comes to worst, just sit down and tell her that shes becoming unhealthy and needs to get with it!.
wow sorry that was lonnnng!. hope u can talk her into it tho :)!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes she's your twin and you are very close but what she does with her body is her business!. You should tell her directly but be nice about it, I would go for " Sis you look so nice but I think you've put on a little to much weight, how about we try and help each other out"!.What your sister does should really be an excuse for you to put on weight as you are your own person!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need to tell her just take care of yourself and don't blame her if you start gaining weight!. You control what you put in your mouth, she doesn't shove food in there!. I've had family tell me I was gaining weight - do they think I don't have mirrors, or that I don't notice that my clothes are getting tight!? Believe me, she knows!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you say if u would like to start exercising and try to get her to be activeWww@Answer-Health@Com
