Back pains related to period?!
Question: Back pains related to period!?
Has anyone experienced back pain just before or during your period!? i seem to get the worst of it, and tylenol does not cut it!. Also, when I was first pregnant with my first child I had this and then toward the end of my pregnancy it came back and the day that I delivered it was horrible! I've tried a heat pad, and it makes me feel better (but I am still in pain), but as soon as I take it away it hurts again!. Does anyone have any suggestions for this!? Why does my back get sore!? Am I the only one dealing with this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I get severe back pain!. The only things that seems to help is a hot shower or bath and a heating pad!. Along w/ Motrin or Fast relief Tylenol!. After I have had each of my babies, it seemed that my menstruals got worse!. Go to Gyn or your Doctor and see if he/she can prescribe Flexeril!. It helps a lot w/my back pains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i have this too !.!. its awful!.!.!.and i get really really exhausted!.!. i drink green/jasmine tea and use a heating pad and nap whenever possible, good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
